    The kuru guru **** had great customer service on reaching out to me for a delay on my shoes and kuru cash for my inconvenience. My new pair of shoes arrived quickly after my exchange of a size issue. The fed ex in ***********, ** IS A HIT AND MISS WITH DELIVERING PRODUCTS ON TIME in general from any company you Oder from, hopefully their service improves before they get a bad reputation!

    Kuru shoes were referred by a friend for my planter faciatis pain. They resolved my pain issues completely. Brae helped me with a question regarding a special, unique fit issue I was having. Brae resolved it quickly and followed up with me to make sure the shoes fit, offering to replace them if necessary. I highly recommend this product and their excellent customer service.

    New shoes were 1/2 size small. Called Kuru and talked to Brae in customer service. So sincere about getting me taken care of. In just a few minutes I had my ***** return label and new larger shoes ordered. Painless exercise and Brae answered the phone right away.****** M

    I now own two pairs of their shoes and love them both. My plantar fasciitis and lower back pain have eased tremendously. I had a minor issue on one shoe and they were so nice and accommodating. Excellent business practices!
