    I own many pairs of shoes from Kuru. The quality of the shoes and customer service are top notch. Returns or exchanges are as easy as starting a chat online and they take care of everything else.Great company!!!

    I had an issue with ***** shipping. ****** was the ultimate professional handling it for me. She was very cordial and wasted no time handling the situation. I am very pleased with the way Kuru backs its customers.

    Amazing customer service with ****! They provided me with a ***** link I didn't know I had access too with a picture of my package. 10/10. Apart from that I currently have no real opinion on the shoes themselves but I do plan on updating this review when I can.

    Shoe gets scuff marks on top and sides that ruins its appearance far too easily. I asked for some kind of help to resolve the problem but all I got was the suggestion to buy a different shoe.

    Hiking sandals. I was concerned about returns because shoes need to be tried on. **************** assured me I just needed to call Kuru (the same number I called to ask my questions) and I'd get an email with a print out label to take to Fed Ex...no charge. Although comfortable the sandals were too short and kind of chunky on my feet (durable for hikes) but I did return. it was such a quick easy process. The sandals did not come in half sizes but the representative said they are working on getting sandals in half sizes. Their shoes do have half sizes..
