    On the day of 12/09/22 I took my truck to Auto Tech and Nick the manager said that he could do a delete on an exhaust system on a ford F-350 pickup truck we picked up the truck on the same day and have a receipt stating that they preformed the following service which is MP Programming,Exhaust,and muffler, hangers, labor, and supplies totaling the amount of 1491.42 we paid it in full and have receipt. And the next morning we went to go out of town and the check engine light came on and we then took it to auto zone to find out what the problem was and we found out that it was an EGR code which is what they were supposed to delete also we made contact with Nick and he said to bring it to him and he would fix the problem we then took it to him and he stated that the issue wasn’t to do with anything he did but it was in the turbo and wanted more money to fix the problem I then took it to three other shops that stated that the computer was not deleted and he charged me 600 to delete the computer we asked him to please do the job we paid him for and he in turn started arguing with us using foul language and will not fix our truck and he had his guys come out in an Attempt to intimidate us and run us out of the building and told in foul language that we are not welcome there and they refused to give us back our key to the truck and he is now telling us that the work they preformed was illegal and he wants nothing to do with it and now we have a none running truck that will only go twenty five miles an hour and we are asking for the full amount back so that we can now get our truck legal and back drivable since it’s our only vehicle.
