    The company has shipped my package out to the incorrect shipping address provided and now my package is lost. They're denying their actions and are refusing to either send a refund or send a replacement to the correct address. I have provided my actual shipping address under their "Ship to a different address" option and they are claiming that I have not done that. To support my arguement, one of their customer support employees has actually confirmed the correct address that it was supposed to be shipped to through our email conversation. If I have never used the "Ship to a different address" option, they wouldn't have known my correct address but they do. After a week of going back and forth through email, they are still refusing to correct their mistake and are telling me that there is nothing they can do. Its not fair for me to lose $315 because they were careless at looking at the information for shipping provided. I even sent a reply email for the order confirmation stating for them to make sure to ship it to the correct address and not the billing address provided. Those are two different things. I have also contacted them online through their customer support request form immediately after making the purchase stating to send it to the correct address which they have failed to respond in time. I have all screenshots proving me letting them know of correct shipping address and that their employee admitting to having the correct shipping address and still denying of shipping to incorrect address. I want this matter taken care of or they will be hearing from my lawyer as well.
