      They took my car because I did not pay them what I owed. However they are supposed to sell the vehicle. And pay me the surplus. But they say that they have not sold the car. They have had it since August.

      To whom it may concer,

      Mrs. ********* vehicle was in fact repossessed August 18th,2024. We have been making several attempts to sell the vehicle.

      We have talked to Mrs ******** and explain to her the vehicle has not received any reasonable offers, we have even given Mrs. ******** the opportunity to redeem the account with out success.

      The vehicle is currently at the Auction and we are yet to receive any offers. We have explain to Mrs Gearthart that as soon as the vehicle sells she will receive a letter and any excess of funds.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      If they sell it auction they will not get the most money from the sale.   A private sale with give the best amount.  Or the vehicle should be used as a trade in for another vehicle for me.   Satisfying both parties.   But they refuse to compromise.  4+ months is plenty of time to have sold the vehicle.  Their efforts to sell the vehicle have been minimal.  And intentional.  To defraud me from the surplus of any sale.
