    On July 15th, 2023 we enter into contract with Triple D Solar and Electric to rewire our entire home, install new light fixtures, repair drywall and entire property cleaning when completed.

    On September 4th, he sent an email stating that they would NOT be completing the job. This email came after many promises that the 'job will be done by the end of the week'. When we would ask for an update many of our calls, emails and text messages would go unanswered.

    After a delay in starting, we agreed to start October 1st. He extended the start date to September 1st because he was 'going to be out of town'. At that point, he stated he would take around 2 weeks to complete the job. During this time, multiple delays occur due to contractors issues; equipment broke, his eyes were bother him, his kids were sick, he had to go out of town, his wife was in the hospital, he didn't want to work when contractors were there. In addition, the hours he did work were minimal - 10-1pm

    On February 3rd, the plumbing contractor had a leak. This should not have stop the progress in the electrical work since it was confined to only a small area on each floor. The plumbers and restoration company as well as I instructed Dallas to continue completing the job. He chose not to work. Through the month of March, April and June we received communications from Dallas that he would be done at the end of the week. On May 25th, we sent communication included a punch list of incomplete work. June, July and August there was minimal work done by Dallas and difficulties getting him to respond to our communication.

    On September 4th, we had a 3rd party inspect the work that Dallas had completed. They stated that all of the dry wall patching will have to be cut out and redone, the electrical that was completed will need to be inspected and there are many hours need to complete the job.

    When necessary, we will supply photos, contract and all dialog of communication supporting our claim.

    hired the services of triple d solar&electrical on dec 9 2023.for electrical work. paid the invoice in full.the work has not bin completed. emails and texts are just ignored.
