    Great experience with the design and install process as well as post-install. We had IWS Install solar, a battery backup, and also install a SPAN panel (smart electrical panel) for our home. Couldn't be happier with the results, communication, etc. ****** reviews seems to be a more accurate place to seek for reviews than BBB. only 3-5 reviews here and most are outdated and don't seem to be congruent with my experience at all.

    Just like ************ We were told we would get money to apply to the loan I dont need a tax credit Also the system was installed while I was away on a job I have never met anyone in person no one has told us about how to use or manage the system ********* went out during the middle of the day and we didnt have any power This is something we where not told Now my Ceilings and walls are cracking and they are telling me to figure it out They shouldnt even get a single star

    They were very nice. They installed everything quickly and got it up and running. That's why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. We were told we would be getting money back on our taxes that would help pay for this. Big lie. What you get is a credit so if you owe taxes at the end of the year this would help pay them.I don't over owe taxes. I always get a tax return so this didn't help me at all.We were told that the money we get in our tax returns for this we had to apply to our loan and our payment would stay the same.Now my payment will go up because I'm not getting anything for this.

    Very poor customer service, 9 months to install ********************** system, does not keep customer updated with progress, does not reply to emails,did not pass city inspection first time. After passing inspection second time system would not turn on. Had to wait approximately 2 weeks for technician to fix problems. Would not recommend this company at all.
