      I went to wiygul to get new tires 5/28/25. First the tech dropped my rim face first, then he didnt know how to properly answer a question i asked, then he broke a lug nut. I found this out when they came to me trying to downplay the situation and said i needed to either go buy my own lug nut or buy 20 because thats all they can order and have to pay for the repair. I agreed to let them fix it and i would pay for the repairs then after thinking about it i didnt even want them working on my car anymore so i told them to just fix what they broke and i woukd pay full price. Once i said that the manager started saying all over $40. He ended up telling me that they werent going to fix what they broke. Once i told them i wasnt getting the new tires put on the manager said where are you getting your tires at i told him i would find a shop and he said that shop can fix your lug nut and stud. Very unprofessional as a business. I told them i wouldve been more understanding if they told me what was going on and gave me the option to continue working on the car or just leaving it alone.

      I made an appointment for service online one week before the service date and on the day of appointment they said they are busy and can not take car. Their customer services are really bad and they lie that they are calling people for cancelling appointments but I never got call back.. I will not recommend making any appointment with them.

      My car went in running and when they serviced it, the wiring harness shorted out. I am willing to pay for the requested services but they should be held responsible for frying my electrical components. All they did was refer me to a local auto electrician shop.

      Wiygul Automotive is a total rip off, they gave me a diagnostic printout on what was going on with my car, told me that they would take care of it and that I was in good hands. I trusted that they would repair my car as they promised. When I picked my car up the next day I test drove it and it would not move or perform in the manner that they said it was repaired. Lastly, they are unprofessional, they are scammers, and they tell told me I needed parts but never replaced the parts that I needed but was charged a tremendous amount of money for it. Took my car back an it sat in the parking lot for three days and NOONE contacted me to provide an update on the issue that they created.
      I have called corporate to let them know what happened and stoppped payment on the amount they charged me, at this point we can go to COURT!!!

      On Nov. 3-8, 2022, Wiygul Automotive serviced our 2003 Chevrolet Silverado truck because it failed emission test due to engine light .Wiygul replaced the fuel pump costing $1,496.22. We were surprised that we couldn’t find the old replaced fuel pump. Because we had an all day appointment on the 9th, we called Jeremy early on the 10th. He said it’s gone! We were shocked that this expensive part was not saved for the owner. We were used to getting old parts no matter how cheap as proof it was really replaced and that they didn’t sell it . This is totally an unsatisfactory business practice!

      Horrible from beginning to end!!! Called to schedule a routine state inspection. Was told to drop car off at 7am and they would provide shuttle service or an uber/lyft back to my house (as their website mentions - free shuttle, concierge service.) I got there at 7am to drop off my car, gave them the number to call me when it was ready as they requested, and was told I would have to wait until 8am for a shuttle driver because they would not provide me with an uber/lyft as I was told. So, I sat down to wait out the hour and after about 25 minutes the guy at the counter said they ordered me a lyft. I hadn't heard from anyone by 4pm, so I called and they said the car still hadn't been done yet and that it probably wouldn't be until 5:30. I said ok and reminded them to call me when it was ready and that I would need a ride back. No problem they said. At 6:15pm, I gave up waiting and had a neighbor drive me only to find out that they closed at 6pm!! I saw my car sitting there with the new state inspection sticker in the window. No one called to tell me it was done - NOTHING!!! Do not go to this place...the customer service is horrible! As a female, they talk to in a condescending and demeaning manner.
