    We used Ara Co to ***** our home due to water damage. The job was performed April 2023. Final payment was remitted July 13, 2023. We were told we would receive official/final paperwork detailing the abatement process thus proving the home was cleared for habitation. *****************, in fact, did not have the paperwork and informed us he would send the paperwork at the end of the work week. The paperwork was not delivered that week as promised and after several calls and texts, a MONTH later, I had to meet ***************** at 9pm, 30 minutes away from my home, on a weekday, to obtain the documents. The documents are incomplete and illegible. The documents are copies of copies which causes one to question the validity of the information he provided. In the last communication I had with ***** he stated he would deliver the requested documents. Since then, communication has come to a halt as ***************** has not responded to emails. I have sent numerous correspondences to ***************** via email and have not received a response. I am requesting legible and complete documents. During the abatement process, ***************** stated he would include a detailed list of all of our belongings that were removed from the home. He did not provide that list. We are also requesting a list of all the items that were removed from the home by Ara Co, as ***************** told us he would provide that information as well. These documents are essential records to prove the home is safe to live in.
