      The company is fraudulent. They will never ship any product or respond. I was able to learn the family who "owns" the company on the about page are victims of identity theft. They do not own this business. I have filed a formal *** report. Do not buy from this company!

      I dont normally leave reviews good or bad, but I wanted to warn people. I bought one of these lamps, and two weeks later I still hadnt received it. Contacted the company, and the next day they said they had shipping delays. Promised theyd send it out the following day with tracking info. No big deal. Shipping delays happen, but I received no email. I waited four day before contacting them again. Once more, I was contacted the same day about shipping delays with a promise to get it out the next day. Waited two days this time before contacting them asking to cancel my order and for a refund. No response. I waited five days before emailing again. No response. Finally I contacted ****** asking them to help me. I followed their steps, and they said they would contact the company with my issue. A few hours later, I received a shipping notification. Its been a month since my order. There has still been no response to my two emails about canceling and refunding my order., nor to the case I filed with ******. Im not expecting a refund now that its finally shipped and arrived, but I would think they would at least respond. Buyer be ware. It took getting a third party company involved to even get my order after ordering a month before. Given how this issue was handled by the company, I will not be buying from them again. Honesty, I can buy two for less than this one off Amazon and have them in a week.

      Placed an order for 10/9, havent received any update from the company about shipping (I paid for 5-8 day shipping) and their customer service line is non-existent. I paid through ***** and they said they couldnt help me. Im out $98 and am so disappointed I cant even request a refund.

      ****** Ghosted. This company is trouble. Avoid ordering from them!I had a good experience with *** when I ordered my first salt lamp in November 2022 and received it promptly the next month. Ive been enjoying my lamp so I decided to order another one for my home.I placed my new order on July 19, 2024. When I hadnt received a shipping update, I decided to reach out to them via email on August 5. The next day, I received a polite but odd reply from ******** *. Sorry about the delay. We always try to get the orders out as soon as possible, it just gets a bit harder in times like these, as you would understand... I dont understand though. Supply chain issue, shipping time delays? ******** said that she tagged my order to be expedited and would go out the next day.Two weeks went by and still no salt lamp. I reached out via email on August 21 and got their auto-reply message. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and recovered the full amount. After reading the complaints and reviews here and on ******, Im surprised *** is still in business. My hope is that they read these and turn the company around.

      I ordered and paid for a Salt Block in December 2023.I never received this product.I have called, left voicemails, sent emails and no response.DON'T BE FOOLED and use the Himalayan Salt Company not this one.This is ridiculous! Better Business Bureau is going to hear from me and so will YELP!

      Ordered a lamp in Oct. 2023. A couple of days later I changed my mind and called to cancel the order. I actually talked to a real person who said she would notify the warehouse manager to not ship the item. No refund was sent. Over the last 11 months I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and never got a reply. I called today and was asked to leave my number and someone would call me back. Five hours later, still no response. So I decided to check on reviews for this company and it seems a similar thing is happening to a lot of people. Don't buy from this company!!

      Ordered replacement lightbulbs online for my salt lamp, promised to arrive within 5-8 business days. Waited weeks, then contacted the company by phone and no one answered. Then I used the online contact us to send an email inquiring as to the status of my order. No reply. Then I sent another email directly to their support email asking for a refund. Got an automated reply, saying sorry for the delay, but it just gets a bit harder in times like these, as you would understand. Its July 2024, I dont know what they are referring to. They said they had tagged my order to be expedited and it will leave as soon as tomorrow. I waited another few days and attempted to contact them again and ask for a refund. No reply. I just filed a claim with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs. I cant believe they are still being allowed to scam customers.

      I paid Apple cash for my order and they stole my money. They won't give me an order number and won't answer their phone. Report *** to the **** PLEASE DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!! I have been hav*** health issues and was try*** to get someth*** to help .Sad th***s like this can happen. I will report everywhere I can . zero stars but makes you put one.**************

      I ordered an XL salt lamp from Himalayan Trading ** on 2/20/24, and still have not received my order to date. They had a huge supply issue after I ordered and said that the cancellation policy didn't apply due to that issue. I called and emailed the company several times with NO responses. We disputed it with our credit card company and they responded to the CC company but not to me. Still no response from them and no product. Horrible customer service, well actually none. Stay away from this "family run" company!!

      Do not order from this company! If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered light bulbs from Himalayan Trading Company but they mistakenly sent me a lamp intended for another customer instead. When I emailed customer service to let them know about the mistake, they asked for a photographs of the lamp, the invoice, and the outside of the package. I emailed the photographs. I made many follow-up inquiries via email and voicemail. I never received the light bulbs I ordered, and the company never told me what they wanted me to do with the lamp. If they had sent me a prepaid shipping label, I would have been happy to send it to the person who ordered it. Eventually I sent a final request for them to cancel my order and refund my payment to my credit card. I let them know that I would donate the lamp to Goodwill. I received no replies to any of my emails and voicemails, except for their email asking me to send photographs. I complained to my bank and so the credit card company issued credit to me to cover the charge paid to Himalayan Trading Company. Looking online at reviews, I see that Himalayan Trading Company has many complaints about their customer service and poorly crafted products.
