    I ordered a part for my Schlage handleset on the front door of my house. I feel shipping was a little pricey however it got to me far earlier than I expected for standard ground. Ordered all online with no issues using ******. I will look to Factory Direct again in the future.

    I had the greatest experience working with factory direct hardware. I placed an order for the wrong color. They fixed it before they shipped it. It arrived in two days without paying for fast shipping. The cost of the parts were very reasonable, and they worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

    My experience was outstanding! For a couple of months, I'd been (unsuccessfully) shopping around to find blank keys for an unusual front door lock (that came with two keys) that had been installed on our newly built home. Lowes, *********** True Value, no one seemed to have blank keys to make the spare keys for my front door lock. Luckily, I stumbled onto Factory Direct's website. They had exactly the blank keys I needed and, because my original keys had a serial number on them, ********************************************* custom-cut the blank keys for an extra $2 each. The newly-cut spare keys arrived right on time, very well packaged, in excellent shape, and they each worked perfectly in the lock. The entire experience could not have been easier or more convenient.

    It appears that Factory Direct Hardware is just a virtual retailer. They take orders and then have the manufacturers ship products directly to the customer. Without a physical warehouse, they pass the savings on via the best prices on the internet. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received an email confirmation right away. The following Tuesday, I got an email asking me to confirm that I wanted all the locks keyed the same to match my existing keys. I was briefly disappointed that it had almost been a week and they were just getting started but, to my surprise, my order was delivered three days later. The items were all brand new in factory packaging, look great, and work perfectly.
