      I put braces on my daughter's teeth about a year ago or more. When I put the braces on I was working full time, and her dad was. I put over $800 down, and then paid $200 a month which is not what the payment was supposed to be. It was supposed to be $189. My dental insurance paid $1000 on them. My mom made a couple payments to help me with the bill but I never signed anything stating they could speak to her about ***** (my daughter) or about her account. Back in November 2022 they took 2 payments of $199 off her card. I reached out to them and they said they removed her card (I have the email from the office manager stating they removed her card and nothing else would go on her card). It took them days to refund the money to her, but finally they did. Then again this month they charged her again for 2 payments. My mom called Real life smiles because they are all under the same company as real life. And when they called her back they did not just tell her they would address it. They left private protect health information on her voicemail. The girl stated that ****** account was behind because the mother was refusing to make the payments. (I have the VM). I never refused to make payments. I have the email between the office manager and I where I discussed a payment arrangement. He stated not to worry about it we would talk about it in the office and then he never did. I reached out to him about the charges and about them speaking with someone that I did not sign an authorization to release information too. I emailed him about this issues on 2/13 and still have not heard anything back. Please reach out to me. I have all the info.

      I paid for my grand-daughters braces one time and now the business is continuing to charge me for her visits. I called the business and they told me they were going to refund the money they took off my card months ago, and now they took another $400 off of my card after I told them they couldn't charge my card any longer! They now owe me $600 and will not answer the phone. These charges are unauthorized by myself (the card holder, not the responsible party of the patient)

      This has been forwarded to our financial coordinator to try and resolve. We have no intention to be difficult for the patient. There has obviously been a mistake that we will try and rectify.
