Failure of Tinbenders to provide revised warranty from ********** Electric Trane HVAC US to reflect 12 years in lieu of 10 years stated in ********** Electric Trane HVAC US warranty

    I have been hearing this same response since early February. The Contractor has been giving excellent lip service. How about some actual results in resolving this matter. The sooner the better.

    The date has been set for the ********** factory personnel to investigate the problem with the heat pump system. No work has been done to correct the failures listed in the original complaint.
