    Failure to install ********** Thermostat on ********** Heat Pump System Furnished and Installed by contract proposal dated, May 14,2024 in the amount of$20,050.00 and accepted by owner May 15, 2024 in accordance with owner's request and as confirmed by Tinbenders Inc. per telephone conversations and text messages of various dates.
    Failure and of Tinbenders to have heat pump system checked by ********** tech support due to improper operation in heat mode as stated by telephone conversations and text messages. Failure of Tinbenders to provide revised warranty from ********** Electric Trane HVAC US to reflect 12 years in lieu of 10 years stated in ********** Electric Trane HVAC US warranty
    number ********** **** as confirmed by text message March 6,2025.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    I have been hearing this same response since early February. The Contractor has been giving excellent lip service. How about some actual results in resolving this matter. The sooner the better.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    The date has been set for the ********** factory personnel to investigate the problem with the heat pump system. No work has been done to correct the failures listed in the original complaint.
