      I may have left a better review for the delivery, but I had no idea when they were coming. No one called me to set up a delivery date or time.! Luckily, I was home when they called and said they would be arriving with my mattress in 15 minutes. I had no time to remove all the sheets and bedding so they just left the new mattress in my living room. I ended up returning the new mattress and ordering a new one so hopefully within the next few days I will hear from someone to set up a new delivery date and time! If not I guess they will just have to wait until I get home from work!! Someone neglected to do their job and call to schedule a delivery!

      One of the most unprofessional and frustrating delivery company experiences. Shoved a piece of furniture in the box theough a door it was too wide for,
      Dragged it up wood stairs and dragged on floor scraping the floor and told me put some floor wax on it. Took paint of interior wall rounding a corner
      Texts and phone call before and after delivery ignored.
      No one monitoring phones. Get it done cheap and fast company with mistakes and lack of knowledge on how to move items and customer service and lackmof respect for home.

      I have been trying to get a pick up date for my sofa for the past THREE weeks and they are super unresponsive and even LIED to Home Depot saying they attempted pick up on 9/20/23! And now they LIED again to Home Depot saying that my sofa has been picked up but Home Depot is telling me they cannot issue me a refund because the sofa has not been scanned! Well - obviously, when it has not been picked up, how do they scan it for return? I have even emailed the NSD executive management team and zero response from them! I have been calling, chatting, texting and emailing NSD every single day. They are a fraud company - only two employees who come on the chat line by the names of Lucky and Arianne and only this one Indian-accent when you call customer service line; they keep telling me I will be contacted in 24, 48, 72 and 'tomorrow' but no one ever contacts me. I am a very very patience person but this has been going on for three weeks and I am seriously at my wits end. All I need is one simple pick up date.

      The team that delivered my furniture came in and got the job done quickly on a Saturday morning. They called to let me know when they were arriving, showed up on time and cleaned up yhe boxed and trash. They even borrowed my broom to sweep my dining room floor. Unfortunately my chairs have a manufacturing defect but that is not the delivery company's fault.

      massively unhappy with your company ..... riding mower was NOT DELIVERED on sept 20th .. you say it was at 2pm that day ... no phone call , no delivery , no answers ..... have filed complaints with you , home depot and BBB ....please call me victor layman on monday morning sept 25th .. are your drivers stealing the customer's products ? .. i don't want to wait another 72 hours for you to communicate ... this company has horrible reviews and apparently for good reason ... how could Home Depot possibly continue doing business with Nonstopdelivery ?

      My Home Depot ordered items were not delivered but claimed as delivered. Then, I filed dispute and suffered unnecessary headaches. When I called the company’s customer service number, nobody answered .

      Be very careful. Have a second thought. If you have big item online orders, ask the store (eg.,Home Depot) what delivery company they will use for delivering the items. If the company is Non-Stop Delivery, then good luck. Too risky. For me, never again.

      Shipment arrived earlier a than it was suppose. 2 Gentlemen brought it inside. They were polite and respectful. Could not of asked for a better delivery crew. Thanks.

      The two guys that delivered mattress and box springs were nice and friendly and sufficient in delivery. Good experience with delivery

      NSD delivered our mattress and adjustable bed frame. They were efficient and completed the job quickly. They removed all trash from the delivery. The workers were polite and neatly dressed.
