  Good experience having a mattress delivered . The delivery guys arrived in the estimated time and were pleasant and respectful. The company confirming email had a tracking option which was very helpful. Also I asked that they call first, which they did. My only concern is that they didn't have any sort of a dolly for the mattress so had to drag it along the hall in my apartment building. That doesn't seem right.

  We had a tress and adjustable foundation delivered and installed. The two men were especially careful and didn't touch walls or other furniture. Very good job.

  We had a great experience with the two guys picking up an old mattress and replacing it with our new one! Despite the fact that it was the latest time possible (aft. 8:30 pm--it was to be 4:30-8:30 pm), it was fine because they were so speedy. We didn't even have to move any furniture or anything. They were done in about 10 minutes max, and we hardly knew they had come! They were polite but efficient and professional. We thank them!

  Great experience. The delivery was early, professional and they even took the trash with them when they left. Unfortunately my street was closed for repairs so they had to hoof my mattress much further than the usual and they did so without complaint. A++++++++++

  I had a mattress delivery and they were great. They put it exactly where I wanted it and carried my old mattress away as well. Everything went very smoothly and they were very nice.

  Almost impossible to speak to a human there. Left messages for William Bavey the acct rep for Home depot. No response. Don't know who they use for delivery in Pensacola FL as they never called to say a tub/shower unit will be delivered. Went to the property to find the box taped up but still busted open. Why Home Depot would use a firm like this is beyond me.

  They did not delivered all of my cabinets from Home Depot. I’m still missing the sink base cabinet. The customer service number automatically disconnects after a few seconds. The other numbers place you on hold and no longer be answers. The website chat deletes everything you try and get send without response. Zero clicks customer service and don’t deliver what was shipped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you order from Home Depot, have the items delivered to the store.
