      Shipping company either broke my delivery or purposely hid the damaged delivery in the corner so it couldn’t be seen . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Delivery came well within time frameThe gentlemen were polite and efficient They failed to pick up all the discarded packing material but other than that they delivered 2 sofas and a chair and were gone within a half hour

      This company is truly awful. They never delivered the bed I purchased off Amazon. Cannot reach them on the phone. It seemed they would go back after the fact and modify the tracking and delivery info. I scheduled the bed to be delivered on a specific date, they updated the tracking days later to say they attempted to deliver but were unable to contact the recipient??? Total BS as all contact info was correct. They made multiple edits to the delivery tracking, with bogus info on multiple days, saying they attempted to deliver but were unable to. Again, complete BS as I work from home and was physically present at my house on every day they claimed they made a delivery attempt. I checked the tracking info another time to see they’d updated it to say “attempted delivery but unable to deliver” and listed the time they’d supposedly made the delivery attempt… but the update was made way before the time of the so-called attempted delivery.

      Then… get this… someone actually called me to ask if I got the delivery - remember they were claiming they couldn’t contact me as my information was incorrect??? I replied no. Several days after the phone call, they updated the tracking to say “delivered” but the alleged delivery date was PRIOR to the day they called to ask if I’d received the bed???

      This company is operating a scam service. I wouldn’t be surprised to find one or more people at their company are involved in stealing deliveries to profit by reselling them. Amazon gave me credit for the bed, but why should Amazon pay for NSD’s thorough incompetence and downright lies? And why should we pay higher Amazon prices due to NSD being such a dishonest and shady company?

      I had a very positive experience with the movers from NSD. They were careful and respectful of my new purchase, which was contained in a heavy, large, and awkward box. The delivery was quick, they were in and out within 5 minutes. I was very happy that my new dining room set, it did not have a single scratch or dent anywhere. Thanks for the diligent service NSD!

      They were understanding when I had to change the delivery date without a hassle. The delivers were clean, efficient plus respectful of my delivery and another furnishing in my home.

      Terribly unresponsive, their own corporate office couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone (at the local branch in Indy), and my delivery sat at the local location for 7 days before anything was done (and that is because I had to call them)!

      So I order an $1100 T.V. from Amazon...and I follow the tracking like obsessively. The PRE-SCHEDULED delivery date was for a Friday....but as the date approached I started to get worried because the tracking never switched to "shipped"...I was thinking how can something be delivered if it isn't shipped. So...THURSDAY COMES...and at like 4pm I check the tracking and it says "attempted delivery at 6pm unsuccessful, carrier will try again".....umm it's 4pm, someone from the future told the carrier I would not be around at 6pm. So I immediately got on the phone with Amazon and they tell me I have to contact carrier...I contact carrier (NSD) they are SOOO RUDE, they tell me Amazon is crazy they don't have my T.V. never did...and I need to contact Amazon to figure out where my t.v. is....FRIDAY: T.V is scanned in at local hub, I call NSD they tell me nono it's in Dallas and they will SCHEDULE someone to contact me TO SCHEDULE my delivery. MONDAY: Now they tell me it will be delivered Wednesday....these people are fishy, they have no regard for customer service. EVERYONE IS RUDE NON-HELPFUL totally act like "you need us, we don't care what you have to say". Amazon would do well not to do business with them anymore. It is really affecting my desire to do business with Amazon.
