      Left $600 vanity from Home Depot thrown outside building lobby, with obvious damage on the bottom of box. Did not give half hour courtesy call as they claimed they would.

      Not good. Make sure your furniture store aren’t using them. Communication was terrible, can’t reach anyone via phone and emails response was nonexistent. The seller and local delivery people had trouble reaching them on multiple occasions to resolve a problem. It dragged on for several months. I’m just glad my order was delivered, not without scratches on them of course, but I’ll live with it since I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever get my order.

      I placed an order with Home Depot, The order was to be delivered by NSD on a Wednesday. At 5:30 NSD and Home Depot show it was marked as delivered, when in fact, it was not delivered. I took 6 calls to the shipper from myself and Home Depot before they finally said, yeah, it was not delivered. (but not before I was questioned about if it had been delivered to my garage, nope, I don't have a garage, Are you sure? Yeah, I'm sure I don't have a garage)
      I'm now 6 days out, and they can not tell me if they have found my order, they have to search the warehouse... Its kitchen cabinets, how can you misplace 8 boxes that weigh in excess of 75lbs..?

      The delivery went very smooth and both men were polite and courteous. We had a bedroom set delivered. They called ahead and told us when they were 20 mins out. The furniture was in perfect condition and I would use them again.

      Worst delivery service there is. I have a package that has been at their terminal for 11 days now with no movement. I have reached out 3 times to request the status and their customer support says please allow 24-48 hours for the local terminal to contact you and schedule delivery. I have yet to receive any communication from them. The most recent tracking status update on 10/20 shows "delivery scheduled" with a delivery date of 10/19.

      I ordered a rather large item from Amazon (a loveseat), which was supposed to be delivered by NSD, tracking number 7138773. After they changed the delivery date several times, I decided to refuse the order and did not accept the item. I was issued a document, confirming that the order has been refused. Yet, NSD did not inform Amazon of that, and on the Amazon website the item shows up as delivered. As a result, Amazon refuses to refund my money. Bottom line -- IF your delivery intermediary is NSD DO NOT ORDER.

      Courteous and able delivery personnel. Was expecting 1 mattress but order also included 2 box springs. I rejected accepting the box springs because this was an error and they were understanding.
