      Had to return a set of speakers and reorder the correct ones for my father's jeep. I believer her name was ***** and she was very helpful in processing our request and ordering the correct speakers he needed. She explained every step of the process so I could relay the info to my father and get what he needed for his jeep. She also told us when the shipment should arrive and how to make the return of the wrong set of speakers.We will most definitely return when we need other speakers for his jeep or my jeep.Thank you so much for all your help and concern to solve this matter.

      I have purchased my auto stereo needs since the late 1980's from Crutchfield. I use to go into the ************, ******* location in ***********. Then transitioned to catalog and online through the ********* word...Customer Service...well two ************************** has consistently provided excellence coupled with offering products consumers want.Thank you Crutchfield for being reliable all these years when other businesses seem not to understand or want to be customer centric.

      I have never in 15 + years of buying from Crutchfield had a bad experience. I have called many times asking questions about speakers or a radio I bought years ago and asked for tech support about a new car/truck I was installing it in. They always help I have never been told well that was years ago . Etc They just answer questions and are happy to do so. No one else provides customer service like ********************.. 5 stars
