      Although they did not have the modem and router that I wanted at the store the items were shipped to me that day and arrived the following day. Check out was quick and painless and the salesman was very accommodating. I have shopped with Crutchfield from the first year that they opened for business (**** I think) and have never been disappointed.

      I haven't upgrade or done anything car audio wise in a long time. I remember Crutchfield from when I was a kid (before internet). The selection is great, prices are very competitive and they give you adapters and wire harness to make speaker install that much easier. This was a 12 out of 10 experience and will be using them again very soon

      Crutchfield has found the formula for great customer service. ************ were very helpful and patient with me as I tried to find the correct combination of power-to-speaker load that my system would handle. Having vintage hardware, I had to find a pair of speakers that would match. After a couple of attempts we found the Focal Vestia #2's.... Wow... need I say more.Thank you for all your help!!

      Harness is nice and well built, said would retain factory amp, but it didnt make my aftermarket radio work with the factory amp like they claim. So now Im out $60 and radio still doesnt work

      The delivery was fast and well packaged. Everything I needed was available and was recommended by Crutchfield. The price was competitive when compared to other reputable sellers. I now have a working stereo in my 2006 car that has all the features of the latest cars, but it cost less than $160. Great company and informative during my purchase and installation.
