      Little annoyed to open a brand new JL Audio micro sub and find out it was shipped without the install kit....so now I am stuck here for how ever long it takes for the wire connector to be shipped :(. At least when I called it, the process was very straight forward and they are sending the specific connector right away......which begs the question....how often does this happen that they have such a smooth process to send out what wasn't in the box and do they even bother to escalate these issues back to the manufacture to get them to do better since it reflects so poorly on the entire supply chain.

      I ordered 500 feet of speaker wire. Because Crutchfield, for some reason requires a signature for delivery, I have not received my order because of this requirement. This has been going on for 3-days...

      I was impressed when my product was delivered on the date that was set for shipping.Of course the speakers I ordered fit the car as specified per the Crutchfield website.I will order the car stereo from Crutchfield based on the service regarding the speaker sale.
