      Their Quality of product is very good. I bought a new television about 14 years ago and it still works and looks great and this year I bought another television. I would highly recommend them.

      I've been buying from Crutchfield since 1998 and will continue to do so far into the future. I have never experienced better customer service with any other business. From sales to support, the staff are top notch. The only time I buy electronics elsewhere is if I'm wanting something that Crutchfield does not sell.

      Too bad they do NOT honor their price match guarantee. I bought a pair of headphones from them. The price later dropped. I was told they only honor prices from the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not sell the headphones, nor do they list a price on their website. They only refer you to their retailers. I was trying to price match with the ACTUAL headphone maker store on ****** to price match, but Crutchfield would not accept it. FALSE ADVERTISING AND BLATANT DECEPTION. Shame on you Crutchfield.

      Great company. Easy to order and the products fit lit a glove! Easy to return or trouble shoot with their policies. I have ordered home stereos, surround systems, RV stereos, TV's, Car stereos and all of these products have been great!

      Upgraded my stock speakers on my Bronco. I got a good deal on 6 Kicker speakers. Crutchfield added two adapters and 6 factory wiring adapters for free.
