      I am currently being charged massive overdraft fees. I now have to pay **** in overdraft fees for $** worth of apple charges. The first overdraft fee was from a $**** apple charge which resulted in me being charged a *** overdraft fee. I don't understand if my account was already negative why would the charges continue to go through. I think it's really bogus to have to pay almost $*** in fees just for $** worth of charges, that's literally close to robbing someone especially in this economy. Other banks and institutions has been the same thing to the American people and have been sued, I will be looking into that because I'm sure I'm not the only one.

      I contacted bank to advise I didn't authorize two transactions. I asked them to deny Payment because I have items processing. The bank sent me to card third party to close card and put in report. I went to bank and showed cancelation and refund emails and case #. I got no credits to my account and now my items set up are over drafting including a ** cent **** charge. Why is it the ****** and ****** credited so my items would not bounce? Thanks for any help you give.
      I have emails of cancellation and case PayPal. I don't understand why credit isn't given anymore.

      I now have refunds for both items. The memo posts are still there and when I went into bank to speak to rep. They put a second hold on the account. How is it the memos and holds are not removed? I used to work at a bank and you can cancel a hold and remove a memo credit. Both items refunded I want the account cleared up. Refunds are received. I sent in messages to bank and still not sure why they can't remove it. And update account. And today I drove in to personally request the removal update. I have deposited funds and my pay has deposited. There is no need for memos or holds. Thanks

      The issues have been reviewed and addressed. The Credit Union has drafted a letter to the member which **** go into the mail tomorrow morning (9/15/2022).
