      I'm a 44 year old man who has banked with a plethora of credit unions and banks. My honest opinion is ABNB is the worst and most frustrating from obtaining a new debit card, using the ATM, using their online banking, and their customer service. What should be the most simplest of transactions will leave you upset, frustrated, and with a lot of wasted timed

      If 0 was a star that’s what I would give
      They are the worst. No customer service
      Especially the green briar office. The collection department are rude, uncaring and disrespectful. Sarcastic and demeaning.
      Does not matter what you atty to do in the community to mask the behavior of your employees and the fact that you condone it.

      The customer service people they have in the collections department are very rude. They always have some type of attitude and if you don't like the answers they give you their tone gets worst or sarcastic. My grandmother and I have experienced this multiple times dealing with them to the point we don't accept their phone calls or call back because of how rude they can be. I don't like to be rude with customer service agents because they are just doing their job but these people act like you borrowed something from them out of their pockets being completely sarcastic and you can hear it in their tone if you say something they don't want to hear.
