I’m so blessed to have crossed paths with Dr. Lilly and her team. I was referred by a long time fellow business owner/friend. After many years of going with my old tax preparer and now having to deal with the stress of being reviewed for the past few years, I feel I am at ease after a few consultations with Dr. Lilly. I know that once all of my tax concerns both personal and business is resolved with her help - she said it herself “there’s life at the end of the tunnel”. What can I say? If I could give 10 stars, I would! Once again ARK has done an excellent job. Lilly and Chelsea are very professional and understanding of the small business plight.
I'm usually very nervous around tax time, but I'm getting better because I know they are on my side. I have tremendous gratitude for their attention to detail. I'm given materials and advice to assist in tax preparations. I know it is up to me to be prepared.

I was feeling really stressed about a tax issue, but Lilly M****** at The Ark NPS was a true lifesaver. Despite some technical hiccups on my end, Lilly stayed calm, patient, and incredibly understanding throughout the whole process. Dr Lilly and team are awesome. After having some many accounting issues with the *** for years I finally engaged The ARK team and them were able to hold my hand every step of the way. The have the heart of a teacher and let you understand the consequences of not doing proper accounting. They also teach you how to maximize your tax benefits legally. There were a lot of things I did wrongly which I take responsibility for and The ARK team assisted in walking back the issue by adjusting my taxes and note I learnt never to use road side tax preparers. Please use experienced CPAs like The Ark team, the organization care about your financial well being and address you situation with a customized case-by-case approach.The Ark NPS

I'm happy that I met Dr. *******. My business with her was to review my Trust documents to ensure that the verbage was correct and the information was accurate and what I intended. She also, explained how my financial (IRA) accounts would be taxed after my passing for my beneficiary. It's evident that she compassionate about what she does.
She took the time to answer all of my questions until I understood. My mind is at piece, knowing that my affairs were in good hands.
