      I never had a issue with Dollartree until I ordered a case of there toilet paper on 01/25/2023
      on Feb 2 2023 when the items had not even got the normal confirm email
      and then no shipo email I sent a email and said the Feb 9th 2023 should arrive to the store
      by then but I would get a email reminding me and the store is to call also. Somehow this
      order was not normal with the emails from dollartree. I never got a another email and
      the store which I contacted also says they never heard a peep about the order as well.
      All I want is what I paid for and you know you never shipped it so whats the issue.

      Unauthorized charge made on my account I want to return item and get a refund on my order spoke to
      Supervisor Jessica **** at dollar tree.com refund for shipping needs to be escalted to get charges reversed
      Dollar Tree needs to have these polices in place for employees as well as their supervisors so there is not a delay of issuing refund.

      Kim P. I have a major complaint about the Dollar Tree store in Homewood Al. I went into the store to purchase some items. I noticed most of the freezer department was broken the dates on the food in the freezer were out of date by at least 2 months, the store was very messy and the employees were very rude. I will never go back to this one. The need to be shut down before someone becomes sick. The other Dollar Tree stores I have gone to are great.

      They open at **** but there is no manager or customer service available until ****. If you need a refund you have to wait until ****. Poor service if any at all.

      PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
      I need to inform everyone to make sure that you look at the "Best Use By Date", the Dollar Tree located on ********* ***** *** ** Chester, VA is selling outdated food items, in this case, this item Bread & Butter Pickle Chips had a June 2023 Best Use By date on it. I was getting items for a small party this month and did not look at the date as I usually do I wasted $1.25 and I was informed by a store employee that Dollar Tree does not refund or exchange food items.
      It appears that ever since the price increase the store policies have gotten worse and some of the store employees do not display good customer service when speaking (explaining something or answering a question) to customers.

      Ive been going to this dollar tree for years, and I always thought the deal were good. I liked the staff. Today I went in the first time maybe this month, and there's a new manager and new employees. I go to ring out and my total is MUCH HIGHER than I was expecting. There was a line of customers, and no support staff, as usual. I asked to dispute the extra charge for several of the items and the employee sighed heavily said id need to finish the transaction and talk to the manager for a refund.
      I went to speak with the new manager and she told me that they cannot refund me for the astronomical price increased items because I "already purchased them". I had not even left the store yet. She said it's a "new section with different prices" and that there are "signs up everywhere".
      Lady if there were actually signs up everywhere, we wouldn't be having this conversation. I asked why there were no signs on the door and she just threw her hands up in the air and said "sorry its dollar tree policy". This is total *** You cant just randomly change the prices for things that have been the same for literally years just because youre under new Management. PS your staffs attitudes suck. The fact that you didnt make it totally transparent that these items were $* in a dollar store is unreal. Absolutely livid right now that you people think this is acceptable behavior.

      I’ve never had a problem going in this store to buy stuff. Sometimes they don’t have one of the items I buy so I ordered online for the first time and it turned out to be so bad. I received an email that it arrived on 7/15 so I got someone to go that day just for them to say they received an order form but not the ACTUAL items…which doesn’t make any sense at all. They said their next truck was a week later on Friday. But I received a call later on that day saying it was there so I believed them ..thinking maybe it came in a different truck and got yet another person to go on 7/17 just to be told the same thing as the last person . By that point it was beyond ridiculous…why bother to email or call if ITS NOT THERE?? So I emailed customer service and on 7/19 they replied it’s ready for pickup …but obviously that’s a lie because the 19th was a Wednesday. I chose to believe what the people who actually work there said… if you order online, call to make sure your order is actually there. Don’t believe the emails.

      As an employee for years, there was failure of management when I needed it. As a part time employee the freight is not my responsibility but yet I was terminated for an incident where I was insulted and threatened by a truck driver and management was no where to help or step in. Dollar tree needs to take responsibility for the failure they hired in management or allow just because you want to keep a store running. I will be filing a suit and pursuing further actions as I feel I was wronged while on the job. There is no excuse for what happened or why management wasn't there to step in and do their job.

      I have no complaint against the employees at this Business, but whoever owns this store and manages it needs to be fired. The store is always a mess, they are always short on supplies like bags, and for the past couple of weeks the store has had to close early because the air conditioner isn't working. I was told by the employees that the only reason they started getting bags was because the customers, just like myself, we're bringing them to the store to donate them to them. I feel very sorry for the employees of this store. Someone in upper management needs to take control of this store or it is going to lose this business.
