  I would leave a negative review if I could. This business is scamming people. They give you procedures you don't need, they don't submit insurance claims, and the billing office is inept. You cannot get a hold of anyone to take care of any issues. They keep putting you off . They do not care. It has been 2 months and they still have not submitted my insurance claim even though the insurance company called once and I have followed up multiple times. They assured me every time they would take care of it and still I called the insurance company Friday and still nothing from Aspen Dental in the meantime I'm paying for this out of pocket ( with interest of course,) NO ONE I'm this office knows what they are doing! BEWARE before you step foot in there. Apparently it's not just this office but nation wide. I wish I would have read the comments and reviews before I did.

  1 start is generous. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Incompetent. Unorganized. Carless. Scammers. The office cancelled my appointment back in Spring 2023 due to their systems being down company wide- they never rescheduled us and STILL charged me $182. I called the office twice and the Office Manager had no idea why I was being charged, promised to look into it and said it would be handled. Yet, I kept getting the bill. The office said it was probably a glitch due to their system issues, but they would fix it. Got the bill AGAIN. I called the customer service line and was told they would resolve it. THEN I get a letter from a collection agency. When I called the customer service line again, the rep said he and his coworkers decided I owed it, I couldn't talk to a supervisor and that was that. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICES.

  Not happy with this dental practice. They over sell things,cancel your appointment at the last moment or over book and you are waiting hours. I was told I needed a crown for a tooth for the tune of 1600 after telling them I needed dental clearance for surgery. I got a second opinion to find out I did not need a crown at all! These people are charlatans and crooks and need to be closed down.

  Would zero stars if it would allow. Do not use this dentist office Horrendous customer service! Was given a 3 oz bottle of gel and a bottle of mouthwash at a much more expensive cleaning than was required. Woman cleaning my teeth said, " Here, use these they'll prevent tartar from building." Did not inform me they were $72.and of course are NOT covered by my very common insurance company - ***** ******, I called and protested cost and was told they didn't set the prices, but I could return the unopened gel on my return visit for a refund. I was unable to make my follow up cleaning appt at end of November '22, but called to cancel. A couple months of billing me for follow up visit and gel I relented and paid for the second cleaning I never received, but agreed would refund gel when i returned it. In the meantime they sent my account to a Collection agency for $34.
  After several attempts to return it, -once I went on a Saturday they only allow prior set appts., once office was closed with no reason posted, and this last Friday (start of Memorial weekend) they were closed with no reason posted and I called a different number and they said computer outages, so decided to close.
  When i went again today (6/1/23) to attempt to return gel, was only challenged and was rudely confronted by several employees and after wasting more of my time, was told they would not refund the money because the gel was past it's 6 months shelf life!
  i sadly paid the $34. today just to get it out of Collections.
  Horrible money hungry assembly line of a place! DON'T GO to them.
