      RUN do not walk from this builder! ****** is great until.you have closing then he doesn't even know you exist. 1 yr warrenty, what a joke! 7 months in, have water leaking in basement under the threshold, my calls and emails ignored! Horrible erosion and water running down to my back door. Have a ton of pictures. Those emails and calls are ignored also! County people have been here to look and say there is a horrible grading problem and agree it needs to be fixed. Many other small items wrong and need fixing, we have a 2 page list that along with pictures is now in the hands of an attorney, we are done playing his stupid games. Please people don't buy from this builder!!!!!!
