    At first when I checked to write this, it said they were BBB accredited; when I went back, it said that Brown was NOT accredited?! Scheduled appointment several weeks ago, gave address and told them EXACTLY where I was located. They agreed to come and said they do service my area, extra charge was included for distance and any change would be for tank size. 1 1/2 hours before they were due to arrive to drain my tank, I was called by driver who, apparently did not want to come. He said I was not in the service area and it would be about $100 - $150 more for transportation. After discussing the issue, and considering the timing to notify me, It was natural that I was very upset under the circumstances and I finally told him to do what he wanted and hung up. He called back and said he wasn't coming.They had 2 or 3 weeks to cancel and waited until they were nearing arrival time to make changes to pre-agreed arrangements. The driver stated, "I don't know why you were told that", during the first call. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?Old saying, "BUYER BEWARE"!!!!
