    To Whom It May ******** I scheduled an appointment with you on August 6th at 6:00 PM and arrived half an hour early before my scheduled appointment. At that time I waited the half hour for my appointment but then was informed that the office was closing. I left and received a call from the office for my return at 6:39 PM, which unfortunately I wasn't able to do as I had already left the office. I called to reschedule an appointment and no one returned my call or answered my request until more than a week later.Because of these actions, as the outcome, I am going to dispute this unfortunate incident with my bank. As clearly shown a resolution has not been suggested to me to prevent this from happening again.As a business owner, I understand that things happen, but also as a business owner I understand that customer service is of the utmost importance. Trying to reschedule two times after the first incidence and still resulting in the same outcome is not satisfactory. This organization is clearly not considering the customers expectancy or needs as they have made promises on their services. Trying to communicate with an organization that does not listen or respond in a more conducive way only hinders the progress of resolving the problem.

    I would like to share my side of the story. The patients appointment was scheduled for 6pm. Our hours of operation is 10 am -4pm. My tech had made special arrangements to accommodate this gentleman. He states in his yelp review that he arrived at 530pm and left at 537pm. My employment came in to provide service and he was not here, she waited till 7pm and called him and he said he was not coming back. We are a small business and treating patients all the time so the phone is available for message and you can book on line. I did return his call to reschedule and immediately started to yell at me. I asked him to stop yelling but he continued. I finally just hung up. He called back and I answered the phone and asked when he would like to schedule and he continued to yelling. We have a no refund policy posted on the web site, invoice and front desk in addition services were provided. It hard to schedule a client when they will not stop talking. I have already dismissed him as a client and will not be providing further services to him or any of his family. I will not tolerate being yelled at. In this country we do not do business by yelling.
