    The pest control service was in-effective; they came out all of 3 times while charging me $49.00 per month, the pest problems grew to the point where I had to engage another pest company to help me; we are in the process of getting things under control, I terminated this company for cause, they were not able to provide any value, they say i owe them half the charge for the months of service remaining on the contact, this is a little under $200.00; I do not think this is correct; I am not asking for a refund of what i have already paid, but since they were not able to complete the task and I had to engage someone else, I do not think I have to pay them half for nothing.

    On April 23, 2022, we got a inquiry from **** about needing pest control services for ants. We quoted him for our quarterly pest control service which include pests like ants, spiders, and cockroaches, to name a few. With all of our service plans, the services are warrantied, so if additional services are needed, they are included at no additional cost. Rodents and snakes were not mentioned, therefore, were not quoted for. He got started with his first service on April 27. The service went well as he left a 5 star review about the technician and the service. He had his second service on June 21 which he also left a 5 star review for. On August 15th, he called in stating that he had snakes and wanted those taken care of. He also stated that he was getting snakes because he was getting rodents. Since we do not treat for snakes, we offered to send him a referral for a company that does treat for snakes, and we also offered to upgrade his service to include rodent control. He was not happy with that and asked to cancel. The standard cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining months when breaking a one year or more service agreement. 50% of his remaining agreement is $196.

    I am rejecting this response because:I have snakes because their treatment of the rodents, namely rats was not effective, if their treatment of rodents was not effective, I fail to see why I have to pay them half of the remaining term... I do not want to have to leave bad reviews.... I think they done me damage by providing in-effective treatment for the 6 months.
