This is NOT a company you want to do business with, either pest management or Home inspections!!! Had them do an inspection of our rear cottage for termites and got the green light from them! We closed on the house and 3 days later noticed a wet spot on the bathroom wall. Further inspection, upon opening the wall revealed termite infestation throughout the bathroom, kitchen, and joists! I notified this company and the 1st thing then did was search my files for a signed waiver! When that was unavailable (bc I wouldn’t sign something like that anyway), they offered to refund my $49 inspection fee! We declined! Then they sent out the corporate inspector who agreed there were termites and they made a mistake. He assured us he would speak with the owner and they would “do the right thing”! Obviously, that meant “cut bait and run” because although they posted pictures on my personal portal, they disclaim any responsibility for the error! They did not respond to emails or texts until today and my son got a text basically saying “SAYANARA - you’ve got it! It’s not our problem, it’s yours!” So getting ready to take the legal route! So, if you’re looking for a pest management team or a home inspection for pests like termites: don’t go to Miche Pest Control! After all, when there’s no integrity, there’s no responsibility, and you’re left holding the bag!!!

As a service, we offer limited, visual termite inspections. Because they are entirely visual, we are not able to see inside walls and/or behind drywall. Sometimes, termites will infest a home with no visible evidence. While this is an unfortunate situation, we have never offered any sort of damage warranty for our termite inspections, nor is it a standard practice in pest control; in some states, that practice is actually against the law. In this instance, at the time of inspection, we were also not allowed to fully inspect the entire property, provided the best inspection we could, and the customer declined the paperwork customarily in real estate transactions for termite inspections.
