    I DO NOT recommend this company. THD is not customer service responsive nor friendly, as they threatened, made false accusations, undermined my concerns, and bullied me after I complained about the poor quality workmanship that their roof installers performed. They signed a contract under the false pretense that their roof installers were "certified" by the manufacturer. THD misrepresented their services to me under contract, claimed that the job was 100% complete with only a few "aesthetic" concerns yet two roof inspectors have given the job a poor rating and recommend that the brand new roof be completely replaced. They hired unskilled roofing subcontractors to install a roof that they were not qualified to install, The roof required specialized skills that they were not equipped to handle. After my higher-end ($65.7k) roof was "poorly" installed, the manufacturer dispelled THD's claim of being "certified" and advised that the workmanship does not meet their specifications for warranty. After several weeks passed with no corrective action plans, I asked THD to provide a viable plan to address the issues in order to regain access to site. A thorough inspection was never conducted by THD in order to develop a solid corrective action plan. Not only did they do a poor job with the roof installation, they also damaged my gutters and trim. Working with this contractor has been one of the biggest nightmares of my life. My property is now in worse condition than before THD arrived at my home and I am out of tens of thousands of dollars.
