  Said that the product I return was damaged when the product was only out of the box for 48 hours. The charger did not charge my husband's phone that we bought him on Father's Day. So I asked to return it. Did everything based on their policies for returning on their website. Got an email stating that the item was received scratched and dirty and that they would only give me a 50% refund. Was super aggravated because I literally returned it the same way I received it it didn't work so we put it right back in the box. The charger was probably out of the box for 48 hours and my husband's phone was the only thing that went on top of it for one night to see if it would charge. Would not buy from this company ever again. They are dishonest and a fraud when it comes to giving your money back. Definitely don't buy a product from them if you just want to try it out and you don't want to pay the big prices for something that might not work.

  Bought a charger and it didn’t work with my airpods (even though I did the research before buying to confirm it should work). Immediately contacted customer service and requested a return with an exception to their restocking fee. Customer service was short, rude and unwilling to make a simple exception to make things right for a customer. Would never recommend this product or company.

  I purchased a charger from Courant. After two nights that the charger did not charge the phone, I asked for a return. They told me that they only accept returns "after testing the device", a multiple week process. After telling them I did not want to go through this process, they said "as a one time favor" they would accept the return.
  Upon returning the item, they told me they could only give me 50% back because the item was in working condition and that it was "very dirty". After asking them for photos of the dirty charger, it took them over a week to send me photos of a charger that was clearly not mine. They also had no answer to why they had tested the item despite telling me that my return would not have to go through the process.
  This company is a scam. Their products are cheap and don't work, and they seem to make their money from ripping off people that try to return their chargers. They probably hope that most people just throw it in their junk drawer after seeing it doesn't work since it's "only" $40.
