    I hired this company to do renovations in one of units on October 29, 2022 and have a contract for $1500. This was supposed to be a 2 day job where it had to be done by October 30, 2022 since I had a tenant moving in on November 1st, 2022. However the owner *********************** contacted me stated they need more time to finish the job. He called me on Day 3 for a cleaning fee of $300 to clean up the dust due to sanding the floors however they never got rid of the dust prior to me firing them. They also didnt complete the work that was contracted such as installing the carbon monoxide detector, didnt sand or stain and polish 2 out 4 rooms hardwood flooring which I asked to reimburse for $750 for uncompleted work. On day 4, I received a call from ******* that he needed an extra $500 of labor to to fix the hardwood flooring that he used the wrong stain and sanding tool , which I denied to give due to this company making the decision to use the wrong stain and sanding tool. As well as they damaged my toilet, a light fixture, and a piece of the baseboard in the dining room which this company stated they will not give me money to fix. Once I fired them I asked for 1/2 of the money back of $750, reimbursement of $300, and for them to fix my toilet and install the carbon monoxide detector through text and they declined to do. I have also lost rental income which due to the constant delay. The owner and employees are liars, inexperienced, and scammers please be aware of them! I will be taking this unfortunate situation to small claims court to possibly retrieve my money back.
