      Currently, l have been a resident for the Indian ************** in ******. Most if the time, l make an effort to resolve concerns locally; frustrating l need an outlet. Management team seems to over look my repeated calls, voice messages are never returned and my frequent visit attempts to speak with customer service has totally ignored. I have attempted to report fragments l have seen and found insight from gun shots entering the home numerous times. But l have yet to have staff respond to me. I have held in to police documents but no one has spoke with me in months. I have endured damages to my vehicles tires as well as visitors coming to my aide. I work hard to cooperate and follow guidelines to pay rent fees on time and now l have left messages to speak with a lead manager to discuss the ridiculous fees l am being charged with for the new year. I would appreciate corporate contacting, but l will not hold my breath. Rev. *******************

      ************* thanks the Complainant for being a resident of the Community, but after investigating her complaint it appears that this Complaint is the first time we are hearing these issues from her.  The only communication ******************** has received from the Complainant is a complaint regarding fees charged to her ledger in accordance with the lease and rules for trash overflow.  These rules are in place for the benefit of all residents of the Community. 

      In investigating the ********** ******************** went to the leased property and did not see any bullet holes in the home.  ******************** also contacted the local resource officer who reported that there had been no calls placed for a shooting at the home.  ************* strongly suggests that this resident (as well as all residents) call the police if they feel any immediate safety issue(s) and then advise ******************** (during business hours or the emergency line if after hours).  The safety of our residents is the Communitys top priority.

      I signed a year lease and paid Lot rent in full for an entire year to parkland ventures. My lease would have ended 7/31/23 however I sold the home that I was living in and someone else is living in it now parkland ventures refuses to refund my prepaid Lot rent that is owed to me since they have since rented the Lot out to someone else. They think they are entitled to double payment for the lot.

      ************* investigated the Complainants complaint.  The Complainant did not provide the Community with a title showing she sold it to another person.  However, the Community has since received an application from a new resident and it pleased to report that it is refunding some of the prepaid rent the Complainant paid pro rata to the date new resident payment.  ************* has attempted multiple times to contact the Complainant to advise of the same but without success.  ************* suggests the Complainant call ******************** at her earliest convenience.

      We all got an email a couple of months ago saying that they wanted to take down our carports. So of course I called and asked him why they wanted to take down the carports and they told me that they are a liability to them. I explained to them that my carport is totally different than all the other carports in the complex. Most of the trailers in the complex they sit East and West they're right next to each other so the carports that are here are carports that are put in the driveway four post easy. My trailer sits north and south and I take up more land so when I built my carport my carport is attached to my house with electricity and lights very solid very sturdy it's been here 17 plus years and it has not been a liability this complex my carport is insured under my homeowners insurance. I do not want my carport taken down. And I really don't know how to resolve this without being evicted can you help us with this.

      While the Community appreciates the Complainants explanation as stated in his complaint, the Community must equally apply the rule to all residents.  ************* is pleased to report that the Complainant is now in compliance with the rule.
