    I hired a compliance company believing I needed *** registration for food importing because my import broker said so. I later found out that importers do not need this registration. The company charged me ****** for FSVP services that I never requested and did not explain why I needed them. I tried to contact them multiple times for clarification but received no response. Eventually, I contacted the *** myself and learned that I was charged for unnecessary services. My complaint is about being misled and charged for services I did not need.

    Our team spoke with Mr ***** directly on a phone call on Wednesday, March 26th. The situation was explained to him and a full refund was offered. He stated he understood how we got to this point and greatly appreciated the refund. We also provided free of charge an online training course and a 1 year subscription to one of our SaaS products, a combined value of over ******. Mr ***** stated he was very appreciative of the additional compensation and he would respond to the *** complaint, marking it as resolved.
