      My parents, ******************************* purchased a burial plot in 1979. My mother passed away in 2008, the cemetery did a great job. They were attentive to every need. My Father passed away April 2022. I noticed a few months after his death, his date of death plaque was not on the headstone yet. I called to inquire and was told they would check on it and call me back. The phone call never came. I called a month later to inquire again and they said they would check on it and call me back. I actually had the lady promise she would call me back, which she did. Still no call back. Over the months, my siblings and I have called and gone by the office with no results, only excuses from staff. Each time they give us the run around. I went back up to the office again in November 2023, found new staff in the office. I explained the problem, ***************************** went to the back to check on the plaque. She came back out and had a photocopy of the plaque. Evidently the plaque had been ordered and received. I asked where it was, and she said she had no idea. She told me she would order another one but continue to look for the first one. Since it was close to the holidays, I told her I would give them until the end of January to make it right. I thought for sure now that there was a new staff it would be taken care of this time. I went to my parent's grave site on the 2-year anniversary of my dad's passing, still no plaque. I cannot tell you how upsetting it is to look at the grave and because there is no date of death plaque for my dad, it's as if he truly is not gone. Not only that, but my parents paid for everything up front, so this is something that has already been paid for a long time ago. I still have copies of the signed payment agreements. My parents paid $735 for the two dated scrolls. Any help that you can provide would be so much appreciated. I am at my wits end as to what else my siblings and I can do to get them to take care of this.

      Good Afternoon-

      After researching the problem, it was found out that the scroll was returned to the manufacturer in early 2023. We have requested that the scroll be remade and sent to Dale Memorial Park for installation.

      Once received it will be installed ASAP.

If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: ************************************************************. and I will also be contacting 12 on Your Side to help resolve.  I have heard this from Dale Memorial Park so many times, I cannot count them.  Why would this time be any different, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

      I previously filed a complaint on Dale Memorial Park, complaint# ********. *****************************, Area General Manager assured me this would be taken care of. It would *********** to 8 weeks for the new scroll to come in. I gave her 9. I contacted her on June 24th to get a status since I had heard nothing from her. She let me know that the scroll would be there on July 1 and the grounds crew would place it at my dad's burial site. I let her know I would be stopping by on the 4th to see if this had been done. As of yet, the scroll still has not been placed. I have emailed ******************** inquiring and now I am getting no response from her. We are now at 2 years and 3 months since my dad passed. I just don't know what else to do to get this company to not only follow through with what we have already paid for but to follow through on their word. Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

      The year of death is still missing from the headstone.  My Dad's year of birth is there but not the year of death.

      Both of my parents are buried at **** Memorial. Recently, my niece brought it to my attention that my parents tombstones are sunk into the ground. I reached out to *** Memorial about 34 weeks ago. I sent them pictures and requested that the tombstone be fixed. The lady assured me she would send it through to the groundskeeper. As to date, the issue has not been resolved. Their tombstone is one of many that lay below ground level. Im asking that they fix the issue. It is hard to wrenching to see that the place my parents are laid is not kept up to basic standards of care. This is unacceptable for any person who has lost a loved one. I will attach the pictures of some of the tombstones that were taken. Thank you for your time, ******.
