      DALE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY. ********************************************* ************ VA *****. My father was buried at **** Memorial December 21, 2023 and to date the memorial plaque is still not on his grave, which is unacceptable. My sister, has been in contact with **** Memorial and shared the latest correspondence from a text replay on August 2, 2024 "Hi XXXXX - We have reached out to the manufacturer to provide an eta. As soon as I receive any information, I will let you know. Thanks. ***************************** Area General Manager Dale Memorial Park ". Additional follow up by your group to resolve is required and should have been handled no later than February 2024, which did not occur. This is terrible customer service and is an insult to the memory of my father. This grave memorial needs resolution no later than by my mothers birthday August 29, 2024. See to it that the memorial has been received and installed on my fathers grave immediately. This is not "EVERY DETAIL REMEMBERED - DIGNITY" as noted on your website. This is terrible. As unhappy family members a complaint review has been submitted to the BBB, complaint submitted via their website and email follow up to ***************************** via ****** . ******** @ Dignitymemorial.com (no spaces) on August 8, 2024.Not happy at all with this group.

      I agree with the other reviews - this place is horrible. It has been a year since I buried my father next to my mother and still no "scroll" Multiple visits in the office on site, and multiple calls over the year. Someone is either sick and out of office, just had a death in the family themselves, or just and I don't know. Calls are not returned. Covid is causing delays is the only response until a couple days ago. (but a couple months after his passing they called me and asked if I wanted to come in and pick out the scroll and pay for it but I did that before the burial - guess they wanted to get me twice)When they finally called me a couple days ago, I was told they have the scroll, but alas, the s**** holes are wrong****. but don't worry, they will expedite this one**** I should have asked for a picture... This is also after they told me the reason some folks who passed after my father (like there is one from June of 2023) have a scroll is they pre-ordered. Fascinating how they knew the exact date they would die! They have to make a rubbing of the scroll to match my mothers, well wouldn't the rubbing have had the correct s**** placement? They just keep stalling and lying. Beyond sad that after going through a death, families have to go through this.

      If only I could leave a 0 star. I have been constantly lied to by the staff about the marker for my wife's grave. It wea ordered in October , 2023 and I have checked back numerous times. I was given a date it should be here three different times. After my wife's funeral we were to meet to design the marker. The representative, ****, did not show up or even notify us he would not be there. Rescheduled for the next week. A different representative did show up this time. We were told it would be about three months. After three months we checked back. It had not been ordered. We were told it would be ordered and be here in about three months. Called today, 4-7-23 and found out it still has not been ordered. I plan to contact the Attorney General to see what other steps can be taken. I would recommend that you do not use this cemetery. I have other complaints besides this.
