    I purchased a new carrier heat pump in Feb 2022 to replace a bad Goodman. In Nov 2023 it stopped heating. Tech came out in Feb 2024, said issue was a " leak" in a valve. It cost me $$$.00 to replace the part. Issue continued and they came out and said problem was internal cables and it would cost $$$$.00 to fix. Summer passed with no issues but now in cold weather heating still not working.
    I'm very disappointed with Troubleshooting guess work. No initiative to follow up and fix problem. I would NOT recommend this company for replacement or service of your Heat pump/hvac.

    1). Charged me ****** just to drive to my house which was 20 miles away and did not include the cost of making a repair. For $*****, I can get 252 miles out of a tank of gas!! Then there was ******* for the 15 minute visit. 2). Technician did not bring a drop cloth to catch the mess he left for which I had to clean up after. It's their business and they can charge what they want. My issue is "buyers remorse" over costs and having to clean up after paying so much.
