CleckleyFloors' return process is quick, and easy. Returned items must reachits shipping origin within 30 days of the original shipping or pickupdate. Please request a return authorization number from our friendlyCustomer Service Team at 855-4BUYWOOD in order to beginthe returns process. Cleckley Floors distribution centers will refuseall items that are returned without a return authorization number. Itemsbeing returned should be unopened, undamaged and in resalable conditionin order to receive full credit. Any fees associated with returningitems to Cleckley Floors distribution centers will be the soleresponsibility of the purchaser. Please do your best to ensure items arereturned without damages. Credits will not be given for any partiallyused or damaged returned items.
If your order is refused at time during a delivery attempt, you the customer will be held liable for ALL charges as it pertains to delivery, redelivery, return shipping,holding and storing your order. Please refer to Cleckley FloorsCancellation Policy for more details.
*Only resalable, unused, like new returned items will qualifyfor our 30 day money back guarantee. Open your items carefully, savethe original packaging, and repack items appropriately so they do notobtain damages.Inconjunction with Cleckley Floors Return Policy, refunds will beprocessed after products have been returned to our distribution centersand accounted for by our returns team. Credit for damaged or partiallyreturned items will not be issued.
