My fianc and I are extremely happy with the product and service we received from Pella and *************************. ****** set our nerves at ease with how personable and customer focused she was. I didnt know much about the product and she really took the time to explain and go over everything. She was a wealth of knowledge and even had samples to show so that we could actually touch and feel the product before buying. We felt so confident in our purchasing decision by the end of the appointment. She is by far one of the best. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for new windows and doors!

I contacted Pella to come look and give an estimate for replacing our windows, which were original from when the house was built in the ****s. They responded quickly and the representative ***** showed up right on time on the day scheduled. It was a big project for us. ***** was personable and very thorough. He took all yhe measurements, sent them in. Then another team came to recheck, verify, and discuss framing choices. Then, when the time came for installation, the team was professional, came in and did an incredible job right on time. Cleaned up after themselves and were done! Strongly recommend this group.O'Toole Distribution, Inc.
