The work was done here in two days, and the people working were really great. The windows were a whole 2 door wide and 23 feet high. They keep the wood base and added new covers on the inside with wood and metal covers on the outside. It has temperature reduction in the glass. Weve been very happy with this project.

Fantastic customer service and install! We had all the windows and doors replaced in our ********* home - 23 in total. It was a big and expensive job but worth every *****. The sales person was low pressure and super informative. The install crew was polite, efficient and conscientious. They finished the install in less time than predicted and did a terrific job on clean-up and final touches. We had one issue with a screen door not closing correctly and the service team came right out and spent the better part of a day making sure everything worked perfectly. Just this week, 9 months after the install, one of the design consultants came out to make sure we are pleased with the product and their service. I can't say enough about the quality of the windows and doors. The technology is amazing and their 20 year service warranty is incredible. We are so happy with our decision to go with Renewal by ******** and Richmond Window Corp! I highly recommend them.Richmond Window Corporation

These guys have had to come out multiple times, horrible experience. Very defensive!! Caulking is cream on white frame and blames on a bad batch of Caulk and then stated it was not his job to fix the problem and then said itll just change colors again. Love the windows wish I called another company to install!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! One of the windows didnt fit and we had to wait another month to have it installed. All down hill from there! I just wish I could upload pictures!!! For the cost you certainly would expect better!Richmond Window Corporation

Beginning with our salesperson,**** *******, our interaction with Renewal by ******** has been one of lifes pleasures!!! Quality people selling a very high quality product with excellent financing options, and the guys who came and did the installations (we have had 4 projects so far, have all been A Team participants.
