*********************, Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen stopped by my home today and gave me a thorough cost on two doors. **** showed me the quality of the doors and discussed the installment process in detail. He shared the company's policies, warranty and a time frame for installment. He made sure that all of my questions were answered before leaving my home. As of today, service has been exemplary. We met with rep. who explained everything in detail about products, recommendations, cost, & differences with other products. Really like the guarantee for product that also includes installation.Richmond Window Corporation

Friendly and professional staff-everyone along the way knew and understood their part of the job, even offering up various viewpoints and recommendations we hadn't thought of. Not at all pushy and extremely respectful of our budget. Sliding glass doors (2 of which were damaged and quickly replaced!) and new front door- all working beautifully and looking fantastic!Richmond Window Corporation
