    Our introduction to Richmond Window Corp / Renewal by Andersen was our meeting with design consultant ******. It was a great first impression. He was very friendly and personable, also professional, courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. He took his time and thoroughly explained our options for designs and how they affect pricing. I was amazed by his passion for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. When he told us he spent his own money on replacing all his windows and doors with Renewal by Andersen, we became more engaged. He demonstrated a sample window and WOW was it high tech and beautiful. The proprietary Fibrex composite frames, Smartsun Glass and TrueScene Screens are 100% Andersen ingenuity. We are in love with these windows and are looking forward to our installation. The energy savings and the new tax credits are an added bonus!

    We had a great experience! The installation team was professional and did an outstanding job not only with removing the old windows and putting in the new but with the cleanup. ***** met with us for our initial consult and did an excellent job explaining the products, process and costs. He was always responsive and we never felt any pressure or obligation regarding this project. Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!

    ****** was ON TIME , very professional, and more importantly, NO PUSHY. We were impressed by the product and the way it was demonstrated. We would have no problem having ****** handle our project. The windows are pricey but you can see the quality!! You will get what you pay for .
