    I was very impressed with the professionalism of design consultant, *******************. He had the perfect combination of plenty of pertinent information without being too much of sales information. When I get ready to update any of my 32 windows from another company I will ask for *** to oversee my project.

    Richmond Window Corporation previously installed beautiful ProVia doors for us in 2018, which process went smoothly and we wanted to stay with them for our window replacements. We are exceedingly pleased and Blessed by God for the entire process of the Richmond Window Corporation process related to our doors and our recent window replacements. The sales representative was respectful, outstanding, understanding and cordial and offered suggestions we had not considered in our initial idea for some of the replacements. The measurement team was respectful and outstanding and took extra care in measuring, as we also had three (3) trapazoid windows to be replaced.The installation crew was respectful and took great care in installing the windows and cleaned every area, inside and outside.The office personnel were so very patient and informative and responsive.Richmond Window Corporation will certainly be the only company we will use for any window or door replacements we have in the future.
