HiBall Events put on an Ice Cream Festival on 17 June 2023. My wife and I bought tickets through ********** for ~$90. We got to the event mid way through the day and more than half the vendors were out of the ice cream we paid for and the lines were incredibly long. We literally had two samples for the whole event. We were severely disappointed by the obvious mismanagement of the entire event. On 18 Jun 2023, I sent hiballevents.com an email voicing our displeasure and asked for a refund. On 20 Jun 2023, they replied and said they would internally review our request. 10 days later on 30 June 2023, they came to a decision that they decided I was entitled to 50% of my request as long as I provided additional information within 15 days. I responded back in 5 with the requested information and they went silent. On 16 Sept, I asked again about my refund status to which I received no reply. I asked again in November and ************************* responded that she would look into the matter and email me directly. That is the last I have heard from them despite 3 more attempts at contacting them. Emails attached. They had me pay for an event that they couldn't handle. I'm just asking for a refund. At the end of the day, it's fraud. Them refusing to answer me only irritates me more.
