    Made reservations for the Sleep Inn, ** ***** ****** **** ********** ** through ***********. One night accommodations for May 21, 2024. Confirmation indicated that reservation could be canceled without cost up until May 18th. Canceled through *********** on May 10th. Received confirmation.
    Sleep Inn charged our credit card for $144.24 on May 22, 2024. Contacted inn via email. Informed that reservation required 30 days notice. Nothing on website indicated that was the policy. Choice Hotels stated policy is 72 hours.
    Request refund.

    To whom it may concern,I have attached the Reservation that I received on my hotel systems. Where you can see the 30 day cancellation policy.After researching we have found that the two systems (Choice And *******)  were out of sink. I have refunded Mr. ****** and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
