Timeshares are contracted deeded property that comply with the Virginia
Timeshare Act. Consumers need to read and understand the contract before
signing. Do not rely solely on the oral presentation. You will be required to sign that you are relying solely what is in the contract paperwork and not on anything you were verbally told. Read and understand the contract before signing. Massanutten does not have a buy back program. Consumers have a seven (7) day window to
cancel the purchase. The rescission must be sent certified per the contract,
return receipt requested is advised. You will have yearly Maintenance fees that will increase each year.
