    I purchased a FN 5.7 x 28 pistol. While shooting factory ammunition the gun blew up in my hand. I sent it to them and expected a replacement or a return of funds because the gun was less than one year old. Was denied. This was an obvious manufacturing defect and they took no responsibility for it.

    My firearm had gotten stolen and later returned by state police. All I want to do is pay for parts and labor to restore my firearm. The customer service desk person by the name of ** was very rude to me and refused to help me. I just want the parts and labor to restore my firearm.

    Bought a 509c, failed less than 2 months old with less than 150 rounds. Sent back to FN, say its ammo fault even though it ran thru every other gun. Now they want to charge $250 to fix a brand new gun that could have injured me.

    Bought a FNX 45 brand new and the gun had some plastic burn marks on both sides of the frame from the factory. I got a ticket started with FN America to send it back to them for repair. They told me after a week of having it that its not repairable and its just cosmetic. This is a $1,200 gun and should not have these cosmetic issues, I was told all of them have this issue. I went to other stores and notice none of them had this mark. I think this company has no interest helping its customers and I'm going to do my best to tell the gun community about my experience. If I would of known better I would of went with something different but I thought FN was better than this. I would just like the frame marks replaced with a new frame or at least sell me a new frame at a discount or replace the gun. None of these were options given to me over the phone besides we are sending it back to you without any changes.
