    FN America has appalling customer service. I have contacted them multiple times about the *** Service Bulletin and it's taken longer than a week for even the simplest responses. When any offer was finally made to mitigate the issue I was told the replacement striker would be the flawed, skeletonized model prone to breakage. An improved design exists and is clearly listed on multiple sites as being compatible but, apparently, isn't offered to fix a gun they had to do a soft recall on.I don't know how a company this large, with so many military contracts, could be so poor at basic customer service. It frankly concerns me that our Armed Forces is equipping soldiers with products made by this company.

    Made a purchase in April 2025. FN Reflex. A week later, failure to feed on every round. I reached out to FN America using the following methods. Email, phone, social media. I received a automated message I would hear from a *** from the company on May 19, 2025. It is now May 28, 2025 and I have heard from no one. This company is absolutely the worse in creating a horrible customer service experience. They high priced items that are unreliable and eventually non-functional. Which they probably know since any customer that has made a purchase and experiences issues like me we don't hear back from FN America! I hope that anyone who might be interested in making a purchase from ** do their research and check out all the NEGATIVE reviews this company has all over the internet. That was my mistake....I failed to do a review. Now I know and I will never do business with this company!!!
